Everything is hand-pressed and cooked to order in the truck. These are the three that started the queues.
Quesabirria & consome
Crisped birria tacos with melted cheese and a cup of consome to dip. The order that made the truck go viral.
Birriaramen
Birria ramen: noodles dropped straight into the consome with the meat on top. Nobody else downtown is doing it.
Churros, vanilla or chocolate
Fried to order, rolled in cinnamon sugar, served hot from the purple truck with Nutella on the side.

Our story
A family truck the Loop knows by colour
Delicias Tacos is a family-run Chicago food truck. The bright pink wrap and the koala came first, then the queues: office workers who eat with us every week, and people who found the churros on Instagram and drove downtown for them.
