Two trucks, both bookable
The pink one cooks. The purple one fries churros. Book either, or book the pair and let dinner and dessert run at the same time.
Hot pink
The Tacos truck
The one with the koala and the giant TACOS sign on the roof. A full kitchen inside: grill, press, fryer and the consome pot that never goes cold. This is the truck that parks downtown every weekday.
What it serves

- Quesabirria with consome and birriaramen
- Loaded fries and corn in a cup
- Veggie tacos and veggie wraps
- Horchata, jamaica, jarritos and sodas
Purple
The Churros truck
The dessert half of the operation, in purple. Churros fried to order and rolled in cinnamon sugar, handed over hot. At an event it is the truck people queue at twice.

Book both and cover the whole night
Two trucks means two queues and no waiting: savoury at one end, dessert at the other. On the booking form you can ask for the taco truck, the churro truck or both.
