Only what you type into the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the event you are asking us about. Nothing else is collected from you.

Our form provider records the IP address a submission comes from. That is used to stop automated spam, and for nothing else.

To answer your request: to send you a menu and a quote, to agree a date, and to organise the booking. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone who is not involved in serving your event.

We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever start sending anything like that, it will be something you opt into.

As long as we need it to handle your booking and keep our own business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one thing in your browser: whether you chose English or Spanish, so the site keeps that choice as you move between pages. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
